Wow. What a journey. I found it amazing that she has a huge smile on her face in every picture, and its not a fake smile, she truly looks happy. Its amazing to see how far she has come. I absolutely love her hair in the last few pictures, it looks really sweet and feminine and that its actually a "style" and not just "new growth". Keep up the hard work Abbey, you are one beautiful little girl!

Oh my goodness, this was an awesome journey Shelley & Jim. Thanks for putting the slide show to music. Abbey still amazes me and her smile truely lights up her face!!! I pray that she never has to go through what she's already been through again. Onward and upward Colbert family. I hope that today isn't too sad for all of you...just look how far you've come with your precious girl. God Bless you all. I hope that in the coming days Abbey is well enough to go home and you can all celebrate this milestone under one roof.:)

Colbert FAMILY you are BEAUTIFUL! I am so sorry this disease entered your family one year ago- your faith and perseverance through your journey has been a testimony for so many! When others may have become angry or bitter- you have turned your face upon Him who is your Comfort-Provider-and HEALER! May God continue to be Glorified in your lives!
WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I don't even know what to say... this video touched me so much and I had tears streaming as I watched it. Abbey- and your entire family- is such a gift from God, and a true example of His grace and love. The way you have stuck together as a family and leaned on God for strength is so inspiring. My prayers are with you now, as always!

Dear Colberts--
I have been following your lives thru your blog + Amanda and Andy. First, let me say that your spiritual maturity and obvious dependence on the Lord are a testimony to all. I will continue to pray for Abbey and ALL of you! I am praying that one year from today things will be very different and that your family will be rejoicing!
